We hope that you will be delighted with your Dermapurist purchase. If you change your mind about
your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refund - if product returned is in a new, unused and re-sellable condition
Exchange/credit - if product returned is faulty or damaged.
 

If products are faulty or damaged, we will replace your items immediately on return.
Please contact us via customer service email (hello@dermapurist.com) as soon as possible
with a photograph of the fault for credit or exchange. (Ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item).
